Calder Textiles is responsible for blending, spinning, and twisting yarn, while Calder Dyeing efficiently dyes yarn using the latest technology. Our site and building are managed by Calder Properties, which also rents out additional units to local businesses.
At Calderdale, our focus is on producing carpets by utilising yarn from Calder Textiles and taking advantage of the dye house capabilities of Calder Dyeing. Our integrated approach within the Calder Group allows for a seamless production process, promoting collaboration and resource optimisation across textile production.

Our manufacturing capabilities include fifteen 36″ Axminster Gripper Looms, four of which are equipped with electronic jacquard, as well as a specialised seaming shed for narrowloom carpet. Additionally, we operate three broadloom 3.66m Axminster Gripper Looms with electronic jacquard.
